We have provided a clear explanation of our mobile RV service rates and any associated fees so that you can feel confident about the cost of your repairs.

Read below about our call-out fee, hourly labor rates, parts another fees.
Due to the high costs of credit transactions, where applicable, a 5% discount will be applied to cash payments.
SERVICE CALL FEE
Save your time and the drive and keep your RV where it is convenient for you because we bring our services right to your RV steps!
We have a one-time service call fee per scheduled job that is determined by the distance from our location (Dyess AFB, TX). If a job requires multiple visits, follow-up appointments for the same job will have a $2.00 per mile mileage fee*.
Standard 1-20mi Service Area -$75.00
Out of Area 21-30 mile Service Area - $100
Warranty Call-Out (billed to the warranty company*) - $125
*Reduced return mileage fees are not optional for jobs outside the standard area range because of the significant expenses associated with gas, travel, and the time demands on our appointment schedule.
**Some warranty contracts include service call fee reimbursement; please check your contract terms and conditions. If it is not a covered expense, owners will be responsible for the service-call fee.
HOURLY LABOR RATE
Service Labor Rate: $160 per hour
Estimates: $160 per hour
Warranty Labor Rate: $195 per hour
We have a minimum 1 hour, and additional time is billed in 15 minute increments after the first hour.
PARTS AND OTHER FEES
Other expenses will include any parts related to the repair.
Where applicable, there may be shipping fees on parts and major appliances.
Where applicable, there may be a small “shop materials” fee related to smaller materials used but not itemized on the list (ie wiring, tape, screws, calk, etc)
A disposal fee will be applied if we replace major parts or appliances that need to be hauled to the local landfill.
