CALL-OUT FEE
Save your time and the drive and keep your RV where it is convenient for you because we bring our services right to your RV steps!
We have a one-time call-out fee per scheduled job that is determined by the distance from our location (Dyess AFB, TX). If a job requires multiple visits, follow-up appointments for the same job will have a $1.00 per mile mileage fee*.
1-20mi Service Area -$75.00
21-50 mile Service Area - $100
50+ miles- $100 plus $2.00 per mile
Warranty Call-Out - $125

HOURLY LABOR RATE
Service Labor Rate: $150 per hour
Warranty Labor Rate: $175 per hour
We have a minimum 1 hour, and additional time is billed in 15 minute increments after the first hour.
PARTS AND OTHER FEES
Other expenses will include any parts related to the repair and will vary based on the specific part.
Where applicable, there may be shipping fees on major appliances.
Where applicable, there may be a small “shop materials” fee related to smaller parts used but not itemized on the list (ie wiring, tape, screws, calk, etc)
A disposal fee will be applied if we replace major parts or appliances that need to be hauled to the local landfill.
