As mobile RV techs who serve a very large community of full-time RVers, we are very busy and experience a high volume of phone calls. Between diagnosing breakdowns, making repairs, ordering parts, talking with warranty companies, running unexpected errands, and picking up deliveries, we do our best to answer phone calls. But without a full-time answering service, it’s not possible to catch all of our calls. For that reason, if we miss you, we hope that you will leave a detailed voicemail or - even better - a text message. We will do our best to get back in touch with you as soon as possible. Offering the most information possible will enable us to reach out to you and get you scheduled as soon as possible. See below for the information that will help us most and what to expect after.

Text or Voicemail

When you call or text, it would be very helpful to provide as much of the following information as possible.


  • Your name

  • Year, make and model of RV

  • General location (park name, area of Abilene, which town if not Abilene)

  • Repair request and details including symptoms

  • Whether or not you are working with a warranty

  • Pictures or video are very helpful!

  • Bonus information: referral source if a friend, local dealership, warranty company or manufacturer referred you to us

What Happens Next

Once we successfully connect, here is what you can expect.

  • We’ll get you scheduled! A quick phone call will allow us to collect some vital information and get you into our software system where we can get you scheduled, add notes, pictures and videos.

  • You’ll receive an appointment confirmation text from our software. You can reply to this text with additional information, pictures, warranty paperwork, or even questions, and we will respond. Anything you send through this correspondence gets directly saved to your profile for current and future reference. Don’t worry, you can always text or call us on our business line, too if you need us.

  • You will receive an appointment reminder the day before your repair and a notification that Justin is on his way, so there is no guessing or forgetting about your important appointment.

  • If you can’t be home during your appointment time, no worries. We will work out the details about how to get Justin access to the repair while you are gone, and we can send you pictures and a linked invoice payable through text or email.

Our 90 Day Guarantee


We guarantee all of our work and parts* for 90 days, so you can rest easy that if the issue persists, we will see it through to the end until we have answers and a solution. Feel free to reach out to us if you have follow-up needs related to your repair.

Please Note: We prefer to install new, unused OEM parts for all of our repairs. Sometimes, customers request cheaper parts that are used or purchased from less expensive suppliers for budget reasons, and we totally get that! We can work with this option, but we can not guarantee these parts for 90 days. We will, however, guarantee our labor which ensures the parts are properly installed.
